(The LCD will briefly flash an animated "Square" pattern) Press and hold the EDIT button and then press the STORE button (EG appears on the LCD) Turn the rotary knob labeled "TYPE" until S-1 appears Press the EXIT button Rotary knobs will now match up with the two *.PNG overlays you have printed out Note: Four of the Rotary knobs are disabled by design and will not work. The VCA option is turned off because it would disable all sound from the synth. I'm guessing it's there in the event an end user wants to enable such a feature. Maybe to stop sound completely during a live performance? Tip: Buying an inexpensive lamination machine was a good investment for making my own quality DIY template overlays when printing the included *.PNG files. You will also need some very small curved embroidery or sewing scissors. Check the area around your wife's or girlfriend's sewing machine... when she's not at home, of course!
